FIT.. FLOURISH..MAMA

How the holy cow do we manage to keep up with our fitness all while running this kid to soccer,  this child to karate, make dinner, have that Wednesday bible group study and all manage to hit the gym and make sure we are healthy for our kids and families? 

It's hard to trust me.. to  find the motivation to get those gym clothes on and even have the social part of me activated to step foot in the gym sounds HORRIBLE...  that is why I choose home workouts and programs. and currently I have  added so much equipment in the last few months that I feel like it could almost be a gym without the noise of a gym. LOL.. YES they are effective just as much as going into a gym .. But it is possible to achieve all your goals and more by the comfort of your house so don't let the haters hate too m much and tell you different, I have been doing it for almost 4 years and I have gained so much knowledge and performance from the different programs I have done and am doing.  IS IT EASY? heck no!!! But in the moment of doing my leg day or doing my Peloton bike and incorporating running and walking for my cardio days, arms and abs. It truly has been such a fun and rewarding process. Will I never go into a gym.. no but right now in the season of being a mama and everything this is where I have found I can still have some me time and achieve all my fitness goals at home sweat home.  SO MAMAS lets lock arms and have a MOM FITNESS group accountability chat or something!! 

 

LETS get those fitness goals done together and be each other's cheerleaders and be that encouraging  mama, and workout friend. 

SET the Goal, SET the time and DO IT!!!

I'm going to share some of my workout programs with you guys!! Take a look and set a goal and try one of them by the end of the week and give me some feedback!!!!! Even my pregnant mama friends, she  has some of her pregnancy workouts on their too. ALSO if you ever heard of GHOST products SYDNEY uses them and then I'll link her store and all.

-Kaleigh Cohen, you can find her on instagram, facebook, and her YouTube channel.. THIS girl is hard core for  my cycling mama friends I use her videos when Its CYCLING days.  She is a big fan of LMNT Electrolytes they help replace the electrolytes after sweating from a good cycle ride.  I USE THEM, they work for muscle soreness, and after workout headaches and fatigue!!  link below

- Heather Robertson, you can find her  on faebook, Instagram and on her YouTube channel. She has all sorts of workout styles and even low impact options as well.  On her Facebook she shares food recipes and all the good stuff.  Check her out!!!
